    This cannot be more true. It is one of the things from my regular base and I encourage everyone to do it. I also do it when I have to take a serious decision because that way I can be alone with my thoughts without any distractions and can put some order in my head. It is strange to be that simple and that affective but everyone should try it if they have not done that yet!
